Travel is about more than just seeing sites, it’s about experiences as well. Kuoni, a luxury travel company, culled Google data to come up with a list of what it considers to be the world’s must-see travel experiences. According to CNBC’s Make It, two of the top ten are right here in the United States.

Taking the number one spot, as the most searched-for travel experience in the world, was New York City’s Manhattanhenge, with more than 1.3 million annual Google searches. This rare event occurs when the sun appears between the city’s skyscrapers when it’s low in the sky and setting, providing a Stonehenge-type effect. This year, the Manhattanhenge effect will be visible between May 29 and July 13.

Also in the top ten must-see travel experiences is the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Taking place each October, this free event has been running since 1972. Around 600 colorful hot-air balloons take to the New Mexico sky, putting on an impressive display for the visitors below. It ranked number seven on the list with 157,140 annual Google searches.
